    We had a great stay at this hotel! The pool and the jacuzzi were excellent — very clean, relaxing, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful the entire time, we felt very safe during our stay. We would definitely come back and 100% recommend this place!

    I absolutely loved my stay here! My room was super clean, cozy, and had such a nice, relaxing vibe. The bed was really comfortable, and everything felt well taken care of. The staff were so kind and welcoming — they truly made me feel at home. The location is perfect too, close to great restaurants and coffee shops, and easy to get around. Even though the hotel doesn’t serve breakfast, there are plenty of cute places nearby. I’ll definitely stay here again next time — highly recommend it! 🌟

    If I could give zero stars I would ! This place is in business to rob people! Long story short I booked a room for a small celebration from my daughter’s birthday. I booked for myself and my 10 year old and toddler to stay, however we had people coming to swim and have cake. I was not informed of policy that other people could not visit my room upon check in, however my card was taken and charged then the front desk lady comes upstairs to ask me to sign a policy agreeing to no parties or load noise after 10pm. I did not sign because I should have been aware at check in and had the option to go elsewhere. Theresa the general manager was so rude and dismissive and refused to refund my money. She offered to refund the $157 for the room and keep my incidental deposit. She gave me a receipt that did not reflect the $157 refund . She also preceded to call law enforcement on me and I was never aggressive. I was simply stating that I was not aware of this policy at check in. Ruined my daughter’s birthday instead of refunding my money to go someplace else! I highly doubt not recommend you booking this hotel. Manager was rude and took my money and put me out ! I will be informing corporate on Monday! Again POLICY was not clear at check in or booking ! Theresa should be fired for he unprofessionalism. The room was dirty and hotel was ran down! Hallways smell of cigarette smoke ! DO NOT BOOK THIS UNPROfessional place, they will find a way to put you out to take your money! I have attached photos of policies at booking, there was not policy stating that guest were not allowed during daytime hours.

    You know, I simply felt compelled to share my heartfelt appreciation for Joe. He was the outstanding gentleman manning the overnight shift during our recent stay. We had ourselves quite the handful—a sizable group of enthusiastic FFA chapter high schoolers. As you can imagine, they were all wound up, full of that youthful energy, and always on the hunt for their next meal or a late-night snack. The requests, well, they were non-stop: extra towels, fresh sheets, new keys... a constant parade of needs, if you follow me. His handling of this steady stream of youngsters was nothing short of remarkable. The man displayed the patience of a saint, truly. He never once seemed to lose his composure, not even when the same bright-eyed kid came back for the third or fourth time. His efficiency, good manners, and genuinely can-do attitude were a real breath of fresh air. What impressed me most was how Joe managed to rise above the chaos, keeping his focus with a professionalism you just don't see much of these days. Knowing he was on the job made our chaperoning duties a whole lot easier; we knew the night shift was in capable hands. Thanks, Joe, for a job well done!
