- KKKanDakedaughterofZion3 days ago5.0I stayed at this hotel from 12/31/25-02/17/26 and the staff is Wonderful. Payed out of pocket while transitioning to a different way of living. The manager Shay and Front desk worker Mariah including other staff really worked with me concerning cost etc. The hotel is in process of upgrading so at times that could pose challenges, but any issue that could not be resolved right way was handled by providing other reasonable options. The only complaint I would have is that it takes forever for the water to get hot, however it doesn't take from the experience. I would definitely stay there again!!!

There were some issues with the wifi and he reassured me that everything would be fixed shortly. Although it was an inconvenience, he helped make my experience all the better and even retrieved my towels from my room for me when I requested! He makes the brand look great. I will definitely be returning to this location

The only complaint is they have free laundry but only 1 out of 5 washers work & only 1 out of 6 dryers work with 0 signs of them even attempting to remedy the issue anytime soon.
