The staff were all friendly and everything was very clean. Lots of great amenities are available for longer stays, such as a full kitchen, a "lending locker" of various things that one may need, and a nice outdoor area for grilling.
- FCfood consultantOct 14, 20252.0An unhappy workplace makes it an uncomfortable place to stay. You are subjected to arguments between staff as you pass the front desk which is often unattended but the voices raised in the background tell the story of very poor management. The rooms, especially the floors, are particularly filthy in public areas as well as the rooms. Broken lights, faucets, sanitary equipment seem par for the course and the staff are blase about reports. The pool is empty, only one lift works, renovations underway and lift often full of building rubbish or equipment. Laundry has most machines broken, no CCTV, saw no security of any sort. Rooms only cleaned once a week and supplies like t paper, towels, coffee must be applied for at front desk. No room service, no breakfast as advertised, no airport transfer as advertised. WiFi comes and goes. They are quick to call the police even when the hotel's mismanagement has caused the problem. The police must attend and it means something on the record for the guest although the police officers know where the problem lies and from what I saw are kind to the guests and will intervene on their behalf. For the price, it is not worth your time.
