We paid the pet fees for the room and upon checkout they said everything was fine. Then about 5 hours later they claimed my dogs peed on the carpet which is impossible because they are kept in crates. They charger us another $195 to our card for a “cleaning fee” without our knowledge. We will absolutely never be back!! The first couple days the elevator was out and they stuck us on the fourth floor. Awful. It was also loud, dirty, and absolutely no room service. Book at your own risk!!!

The thermost HVAC (cold air) in the 1st room was broke. The bathroom had a leaky toilet, missing soap, shower gel, and shampoo. I will say that the free breakfast was delicious.
