The thermost HVAC (cold air) in the 1st room was broke. The bathroom had a leaky toilet, missing soap, shower gel, and shampoo. I will say that the free breakfast was delicious.

I know I'm not staying at the Crowne Plaza, but I couldn't expect more for this price. Staff were courteous and made sure everything was so-so. One of the elevators were broken, but I see that everywhere and it didn't hinder anything. Great place to stop, and I hope everyone gives it a try.

The fitness center had a good variety of options with cardio machienes and free weights. 10 minutes from Walmart and different food options as well. Less than 20 minutes from downtown. We stayed and got a lot of snow. Overall the staff was nice and accommodating. The people who checked us in and out were very kind. The front desk lady was very kind when I needed to know where the fitness center was and was also very helpful and when I needed extra towels. Later on in the day when I went to buy water you could tell the guy at the desk was pretty annoyed in general and was overwhelmed with the amount of calls they were getting of people trying to cancel rooms due to the weather. He did make a comment about this is why they pay him not the big bucks, which was annoying, but I understand the genral public can suck sometimes. Later on in the day someone ended up smoking in the stairwell, causing the fire alarm to go off so as we vacated our room we noticed a lot of people in the lobby instead of outside, again it was under 15⁰ and snowing outside and a lot of the people in the lobby had kids who just hopped out of the pool. The same overwhelmed staff member told us all what happened and that we were ok to go to our rooms. Since we were already down there we decided we should buy more water and maybe it wasn't the best timing on our part. You could just tell he was beyond frustrated with the day, which is understandable considering the weather and the false fire alarm. Additionally the fire department arrived very quickly especially considering the roads were awful. Overall, I would definitely return, it was a nice room for the price and we enjoyed our time there.

Clerk refused to even acknowledge a problem and basically blamed the experience on me. Upgrade, pay more and stay anywhere but here. Customer service is nonexistent.
