Not realizing that the dates reset, I inadvertently booked a room for one day earlier than my intended stay. The General Manager himself decided that since it was within 24 hours he would not allow the reservation to be modified to the day after, even though there were rooms available. So tonight I'll be paying for a hotel room that won't be used at all. Additionally, they allowed me to pay an extra $35 for 'early check in' despite that early check-in window already having passed. Fraudulent practice anyone? There are many viable options for hotel rooms, so thankfully I'll be able to avoid using Best Western in the future. My mistake for deviating from my usual choice of Hampton Inn!

The beds are comfortable , the room was clean and it was quiet. Went to the front desk got clean towels when I needed and the free breakfast was a nice start for our morning. He did not know of the accident until the hospital notified him. We have been trying to find out what happened and management has nothing to say: no incident report, no details, no idea who called 911, no idea what time. I was in the hospital for almost 2 weeks. Due to the circumstances, my husband had to stay in the room for the duration. The management never cared. We were charged full rates for the room plus an extra day for “failing to give 24 hours notice of cancellation.” Nobody ever asked how I was doing. Nobody offered to sit down with my husband and talk about what happened. Nobody cared. We have never gotten any answers. It has been a very unpleasant experience.
