- WLWang LuDec 17, 20251.0BED BUGS !!! My stay at this Best Western was an absolute nightmare. I woke up covered head to toe in itchy, red bites from bed bugs. The infestation was bad I woke up with blood on the sheets from all the bites. I have contacted the hotel staff with no reply. This place is unsafe and the management clearly doesn't care about guest health. Strongly recommend staying far away—save yourself the misery, medical bills, and stress. There are plenty of better hotels out there. I was in room 225.

The interior was very nice, and my room was exceptionally clean and quiet, providing a perfect environment to rest before work the next day. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly during both check-in and check-out. I truly appreciated their flexibility in allowing me to have a late check-out, which made my morning much less stressful since my workplace was right around the corner. The breakfast was also excellent—a very nice addition to an already great stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone in the area and certainly hope my company chooses this location again in the future.

The room was very very clean, the beds very comfortable, and the bathroom well stocked. Breakfast was a great option that we didn't get to use much but a great selection. The gym was reasonably stocked. We both got a full workout in. There were tiny things in the room like wallpaper peeling or a drawer not closing that gives it the 4/5 but honestly I didn't care about that and would give it 5 based on my own preferences. These things didn't detract from what we needed: a quiet, safe, clean and comfortable space to stay. We will be back for sure.
