- MFMisty Ford4 days ago1.0My husband & I stayed at this hotel with ants crawling all over our room and all over us for 9 days. We took cold showers for 9 days. We reported these issues 4 different times and NOTHING was done about it. My husband had to go out and buy ant spray himself after driving 16 hours. No compensation was even offered which would’ve been appreciated because we were overcharged $330.06. We have brought the overcharge to the attention of the front desk who is passing it to her manager. If this issue is handled anything like the ants and no hot water, somebody is going to have a bad day and it won’t be us again.

I made a reservation on March 31st for April 1st to April 2nd but I cancelled the same day I made the reservation March 31st because of plans changed. I was still charged the full amount as if I stayed and they refused to refund or accomodations

Kaityln showed us the space, gave us great setup tips, answered every question we had about the space, she even showed us where our guests would use the restrooms and where to put trash when we are finished. Thank you Kaitlyn for your professionalism and your kindness. If you are looking for an event space then the parking is free and the room itself is a nice size. The lights are able to dim which is also a plus. They provide table and chairs, you are responsible for setup and tear down including taking out your trash. Would definitely recommend.
