  Clean rooms, free laundry for extended stay , work out room. Good extended stay hotel, only thing missing is free breakfast, but rooms have full kitchens

  Gabe the maintenance man helped me promptly with hot water problems and Kaitlen at the desk was great at check in. I am enjoying my stay I can't believe this is only a two star hotel!!!

  Do not stay here. Tiffany, the “general manager” was extremely aggressive and disrespectful. We are a touring band— we stay in hotels every night. The rooms smelled really intense— like 1 million cigarettes were smoked inside (all of them said “no smoking”) —it was bad energy in there in general,,, feels like a place where murders happen. Our tour manager promptly and calmly asked if we could check out and get a refund. Tiffany responded with zero acknowledgement or understanding. She did not show any care at all towards us or the situation. She responded with bigg attitude and unnecessary intensity. We were made to feel like the whole thing was our fault and that we were in trouble lol. She reminds me of the bullies I endured in high school, or my friend’s mom who screamed at me until I peed my pants in the third grade. When we walked in originally, she was talking loudly on the phone to someone and stating that she “did not curse” at a customer. I can still taste the cigarette smoke in my throat. I can still feel candlewood suite’s disturbing energy coating my soul. I highly advise avoiding this hell hole. Karma is always watching, Tiffany. I hope your life turns around— I hope you find love and joy and acceptance within your experience. It can get better if you want it to. But you have to want it. No one’s gonna do it for you.

  absolutely dreadful experience… was part of a larger group and all our rooms smelled of cigarettes. the GM Tiffany gave us serious attitude when trying to address this, no effort to make things right, just scolding us as though we wasted the hotel’s time. embarrassing! we checked out almost immediately. avoid this spot!

  We had to leave because multiple of the rooms smelled like cigarettes and Tiffany (who made sure we knew she was the general manager) was beyond rude and even less helpful. Guess we should have known when she was being a jerk to whoever had the misfortune of having to be on the phone with her when we first came in.
