  If you don't want to clean and tidy up the room, please don't start. What am I supposed to do if you take away all the bed linens and towels? This was truly my first time having a hotel experience like this.

  This place wasn't great. The air-conditioner didn't work it was miserable hot in the room . The dishwasher leaked all over when we ran it. The grills they had to use had no gas. The side entrances did not lock you could just walk rite in weather you had a room or not. Then the reciept said it cost $250 for two days but my bank said they billed me $375. I won't be back here

  The hotel is currently under renovation, and I was unfairly charged $125 for damage I did not cause. I followed up more than 10 times to get additional information, but the manager repeatedly hung up on me. I also filed a complaint with IHG, and they did not receive any supporting evidence of the alleged damage only a mention of a small crack in the bathroom ceiling, with no photos or documentation. This feels like a scam, where customers are charged without proof and falsely accused of causing damage. I do not recommend staying at this hotel. Update: After writing the review i recieved email from Shay Maxwell – General Manager, See attached picture, Tile cracks across multiple sections usually happen due to structural movement, settling, or poor installation, not impact. If a person caused it, you would typically see a point of impact (like a chip, dent, or localized break), not a long, consistent line. Bathroom wall/ceiling cracks like this often develop over time due to temperature changes, moisture, or building shifting. I do not recommend staying at this hotel.

  All of what I fully expect from this chain of hotels . Friendly service clean rooms quite . Definitely my home while on the road in almost any city I travel to .

  Accept ONLY "renovated" rooms on top floors. This hotel never cleans public hallways and is using construction as an excuse to clean even less than usual. Their renovation is painting over aged cabinets and not replacing rusted appliances or pots/silverware. Suites have no AC in bedrooms so door must remain open (if traveling with more than 2 people, living rm sleepers freeze while bedroom sleepers sweat).
