Stayed here 4/24/26-4/26/26 on the 3rd floor in 308 room wasn’t bad no complaints about it, hotel was completely booked up had a couple travel teams staying there, quiet hours need to be made well aware and a employee walking around every so often, was woken up all through out the night from kids screaming running and beating on doors like a police raid and the kids parents done nothing about it getting cussed out by kids and the parents not doing anything about it ruined the entire trip, mind you we had our 5 year old with us who kept waking up and had responsibilities to do each morning just like the baseball players! Check in was easy not a bad place to stay all around just the travel team ruined the entire stay and if I was the owner I’d find out exactly who was staying there for the baseball event and ban them permanently from my properties

Horrible customer Service I attended the final four wanted to drop off the bag and it was not possible they charge 25 bucks and then I slept in the room from 1 to 4 AM only three hours and was charged because one towel had some blush. We all know the towels get washed so I charged me very rude so I pay an extra $50 on top of that 240 for my four hours day I called but they don’t care. I travel the world and this was the worst hotel experience. Also front desk staff seemed best fit for subway sandwich shop

The manager is quite rude and disrespectful. He basically yelled at me, and accused me of something I did not do. I have never met anyone like that in my life. When you call, he answers the phone like I am an inconvenience or doesn't answer at all. Is he always like this to women?

We recently stayed here and had a mixed experience. The staff onsite during our stay were incredible! Friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which we truly appreciated. However, after checking out, we were hit with unexpected incidental charges that we strongly dispute. We were barely in the room and only used it to sleep, so these charges make no sense. When I called to get clarification, the front desk staff was not knowledgeable and unable to provide clear direction on how to resolve the issue or escalate it appropriately, which was frustrating. I stay in hotels frequently and have never encountered anything like this. I would strongly encourage others to carefully review their final bill and watch for questionable incidental charges. Hoping management addresses this quickly, as the in-person staff during our stay were great—but the post-stay experience has been disappointing.

I booked this room for Easter weekend, I paid $444.37 just for the stay. $15 for the deposit, $20 for a crib and $20 for late checkout. While I was staying there I ordered pizza, my 2 older children ate at the table to ensure no stains were left, my 1 year old however dropped a pepperoni on the top cover of the bed and left a small red stain, I cleaned his hands up with a face towel, which left a stain. Once I left they charged my card $387.50 because the “linen was stained” and they can’t provide me with a breakdown of the charges or of the cleaning policy. Corporate said the cleaning policy should’ve been in the paper that I had to sign to check in, but they NEVER had me sign anything when i checked in. They falsely advertised that the pool was open and it hasn’t been open for months! The breakfast attendant was the best part of the entire stay! She was the only good thing about that place. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND.
