- BABonnie AccardoJan 2, 20265.0Alicia was amazing she had the best customer service! She went above and beyond to make sure our 1 night stay was nothing less than magical!!!! We drove from Wisconsin to celebrate the new year with family and Alicia made sure we could have as much time as possible together! I was sad to not see her the next morning as Tammy did not give us the most hospitality we wanted to check out late but she told us that was not an option due to staff leaving early without even looking to see if anyone had booked our room for the night. I understand it was a holiday however we were willing to pay for the late check out she did say we could stay until noon however we felt obligated to leave as soon as we could. We would definitely go back just because of Alicia she was amazing and very kind I hope she had the most amazing New Year because she made mine very special!

We were friendly greeted as we walked in. Even though they were operating on a skeleton crew everything was great and all requests were filled quickly.

She helped adjust our room to accommodate our pup, and went out of her way to make food recommendations for when we had a late arrival. I felt very welcomed from the beginning and had a great experience.

She answered my questions and accommodation requests even though I booked only about an hour prior to arriving. The location is convenient right off the highway and room was fine for what we needed. The hotel is also not just pet friendly but pet welcoming which made us feel comfortable and at ease with our dogs.

She generously offered a different room facing the quiet side of the street. At breakfast, we were asked what else they can offer before closing the kitchen. Very thoughtful. It was a great short stay for travelers. Highly recommended!
