So I book a room at 147, was told they would honor my rate for hotels.com told not to book day 2 thru them, called verified not once but twice get here and told well my boss t9ld me we didn't know u wanted day 2 so we have to book thru prime rate mind u, every hotel is now booked so I am screwed at this point rate was 150 double the rate they said would match and now since no other places they got me, now fast forward we have a ton of bags , told hotel o ly has two working carts, staff was deer in headlights and no clue asked for her to call someone only a fair solutions had to wait left hanging found a king suite at the blue gate for 30 bucks less for Saturday still sucks because had they just honored there damn word I wouldn't be in this spot period. I had shady sales tactics, If you want to gauge people this is t the way to do it, so now a ton of moving shit around changing room thanks holiday inn you should be ashamed of the poor service , deceptive tactics and lack of help Avoid this hotel at ALL costs ........dont get lied to and misrepresented like me. Or you will be left holding the bag like me , shame on you if I could rate less than zero I would
