  Easy on and off the exit. Quick to get around to get food whether it is sit down or fast food. Room is comfortable and bathroom had the essentials.

  Have stayed here on several occasions. This last time, there were bugs in the linens and the room. Notified management. Was promised call back several times and have not gotten a call about it.

  The rooms and beds standard for an IHG hotel, and the rooms are sizeable. Our appliances, however, were all non-functional. The fridge popped and snapped and never got cool. They thankfully replaced it for us and the new one worked great. On the last day of our stay, we discovered our coffee maker and microwave were also broken. The breakfast service was plainly unacceptable. The staff didn't seem to care enough to put out any new food once it had run out, so the 6am-11am breakfast lasted around 2 hours. Their pool would've made better drinking water than swimming water, as it was frigid. Overall, I expected better from an IHG hotel.

  The rooms are about what you'd expect. Maybe a little more roomy. Beds are firm so if you aren't use to that, they'll be hard to sleep on. Location is great but you will hear the highway 24/7. Our fridge didn't work the first night. Reported it in the morning and when we came back later in the day it was fixed. Not user error, it had been popping and cracking before it was fixed. The shower head is pretty high up so if you are smaller than 5'5" be careful standing on your toes to switch it. The breakfast was not up to standards for this chain. Orange juice was out the first day because I believe the lady just didn't want to replace the bag. No cinnamon rolls, which was the theme the entire time. If you weren't down at 6 to grab one they were gone by 7 and never put out more. Breakfast was over at 10 so no excuse to not put out more. Same with the pancake maker, once it was out they didn't refill it. It was usually out by 8:15. There was no fresh fruit the entire time we stayed. No excuse to not have some bananas and oranges. Never did have the citrus water where the placard was for it. Never went to the pool. My son reported that it was ice cold and he didn't want to go in. The view of the wetland area at the back was nice and you could go for a walk. Overall, I would stay again if they were the cheapest of the hotels around the area.

  Just stayed here for 2 nights with my family. Booked 3 rooms for every and it was amazing. Mr. Elijah was the best. He was super nice, understanding, attentive to the guests. He was so patient with my large group and was on top of everything. Miss Jackie in the morning was great as well. The only downside was that the pool was extremely cold. I asked to have it turned up and Miss Jackie notified maintenance. Let’s just say Miss Jackie did her part. But the older kids didn’t minds the cold plunge and had so much fun. Will be staying here again when in the area. Thanks guys!!!
