I had told my girlfriend that the rooms had hair dyers. When we arrived she checked and could not find one. I asked at the front desk and the stated that there should be hair dryers there. They got us a hair dryer for the room so all was good. Thank you

I will not be staying at this establishment again. The manager's behavior was unwelcoming, and she made disparaging comments. Her reactions to my questions were noteworthy. When I inquired about something, she responded but also mentioned that security was on the way. I asked her to repeat herself, and she again stated that security was en route. I was confused by her assertion and walked away. Additionally, I requested an extra wristband for my grandchild, who was being dropped off. The manager declined, stating that she needed to verify the child's presence and that my room rates would increase upon their arrival. I contested this, referencing the King Suite's occupancy policy. After verifying the information, the staff recognized their error. At the time, only my husband, grandchild, and I were present. I am unsure whether the manager was having a bad day or displaying racist behavior, as I witnessed her singling out African American individuals. By the way Tora was very polite in checking me in & out. She was the only employee that was very pleasant & respectful.

Racially discriminated against by the AGM Julie Crafton. She sat in front of elevators and pool area with Margo. Keeping a headcount of people in pool for “security” when they arrive. Refused to give wristbands for pool unless she say child. Sent employees to my room with false complaints of noise and furniture being moved around only for employee to see no one was in room and everything was as it should be. Repeatedly let us know “We don’t allow parties here and if I find out you’re having a party you will be fined”. Went to pool later in evening and asked Margo to let me in pool area her response was “ Aren’t you all together they can let you in”. Margo who is also black was referring to another group of black people who had rooms. And we were not together. Yesterday morning October 12, 2025 the kids decided to get in pool before check out. The gentleman responsible for cleaning pool or whatever let us know pool would be closing. We asked was there something wrong with pool he said no. We asked Julie and her reply was “Pool is dirty from you all being in it last night. I’m making that call pool will be closed all day”. She then had pool closed sign put on pool door.
