    This hotel is beautiful and the staff was so nice. The 2 ladies at the check in desk was so helpful and patience with us as we were checking in ( struggling with bags/balloons). My grandbaby had her 8th birthday party/sleepover here. The room was excellent condition and the pool was very clean.

    So I booked a stay here for the weekend with daughter for a getaway weekend. I must admit there were a few things I was not gone mention but I must now that they are trying to charge me $167 fee. Once I saw charge I instantly called hotel for explanation. I first spoke with I guess front desk agent this call occurred Dec 22,2025. 11:50 AM. She then proceeds to tell me I was charged a party fee. I then shared with her there was no party. The paper I signed prior to paying for room says no more than 6 people in the suite I booked. My room has never been over the occupancy. No noise complaints. No decorations on walls. I was put on hold for 7 minutes to speak to manger. Once I talked to manger she was very short with me kept talking over me and then she proceeds to hang up. When hung up I called back numerous times no answer.. 6th phone someone named Torra said she just got in she don’t know the manger name on duty. I asked for corporate contact then proceeds to tell me to google it. Torra asked if there was anything I need helped with, I shared with her that unfortunately I haven’t been helped at all. She did not respond, phone and being disconnected again. I then had to call back 3 times to get an answer on a business phone. Someone else picked up she then proceeds to say manager in conference call that I just got off the phone with no longer than 10 minutes. I would like to mention there was ants in my bathroom that I didn’t report, as well as some type of tick bug. The shower floor stained in black dirt. For breakfast the bacon was burnt every morning and also the orange juice watered down. I usually don’t even do bad reviews but I must admit the service is horrible. The lady with red hair stated with a attitude every time I asked her a question. The staff you all have right now is horrible. How am I being charged an fee with no explanation no receipt.

    A "cluster----" is the only way to describe the guest service here! Otherwise great building, location, food etc

    Update in 2026: Tora is amazing at the front desk and super welcoming. Original 2025 review: We loved our stay here. Our room was super clean and there were so many choices for breakfast. The team members were helpful and polite. We will be back:)
