- SSShawna SJan 3, 20261.0Management never called never got anything resolved. when we first checked in the first room smelled like mold and mildew. we got switched to the second room. The second room had a cracked shower wall and the shower could not stay on a certain temperature got way too scolding hot. The towels were all dirty. The third room we moved into had a tore up shower curtain. blood on the pillow and there was dirty towels. The front desk kept telling me management would call. They never called or sent me an email when I sent them photos.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was attentive throughout my visit. The breakfast spread offered a nice variety of options. The location is also ideal—conveniently close to the highway and campus, with several dining options nearby, including a brewery. If you find yourself in the Hammond area, I would recommend considering this hotel for your lodging needs.

I was in town for my father’s funeral, and due to exhaustion, my family and I went straight to bed after checking in. The following morning, we discovered blood on the bed sheets, which was extremely disturbing and unacceptable. I reported it to the front desk and was upgraded to another room. I contacted customer relations for a refund and the Manager of customer relations offer 5000 points but no refund. I was told to contact the site manager for a refund.

Don't forget any items at this hotel you not get them back
