    Place was okay. They were short on towels but it was a holiday weekend. Had a Big blood stain on the side of the mattress and on a Big dark stain on the carpet in the same area. Breakfast was good. Staff was very helpful

    AVOID THE HOTEL AT ALL COSTS!!!!! The only thing that is worth it, was Aviyonce, who is the 2nd shift front desk attendant!! She’s amazing and deserves a raise for all the crap she has to put up with!! I checked into my room on Monday and the entire room was filthy. Carpets not vaccumed, not dusted, linen slept in and filthy and had remnants of last guest in the bed, bloody sheets, dirty pillowcases full of hair grease, was switched to 2nd room and it was exactly the same as the 1st room!! I had to make my own beds, and clean the entire room!! I reached out to manager 3X and he refuses to contact me back!! And they double charged my 2 rooms!! Worst hotel I’ve ever been to!! If I could give 0 stars, I would!!! The elevator stopped working and we were on 3rd floor and in a wheel chair and had to cal fire dept to get my father in law down!!! But Aviyonce, again, was amazing and deserves all good things!!!

    The pool is rather small and not heated, but its better than nothing. Kid had fun so I'm not mad

    Management never called never got anything resolved. when we first checked in the first room smelled like mold and mildew. we got switched to the second room. The second room had a cracked shower wall and the shower could not stay on a certain temperature got way too scolding hot. The towels were all dirty. The third room we moved into had a tore up shower curtain. blood on the pillow and there was dirty towels. The front desk kept telling me management would call. They never called or sent me an email when I sent them photos.
