Maurice at the front desk was patient, kind, and professional! The room was nice and clean along with the gym and the pool. Breakfast is different everyday. Overall my time at the hampton inn was wonderful. Ask for Maurice!

I usually rely on Hampton Inn for a consistent and comfortable experience, but this stay was a major disappointment from start to finish. For the price and the brand reputation, the level of service and room maintenance was unacceptable.
As a Hilton Honors Gold member, I am accustomed to receiving bottled water upon arrival. This was not offered or provided, which was a poor start to the experience.
The TV remote in our room was completely non-functional. Despite reporting it, no one ever came to fix it or check on the issue.
The shower had no water. It took us over 30 minutes to get a staff member to our room to address this, and that was only after I had to physically go down to the lobby because phone requests were ignored.
The breakfast was very poor and significantly below the standard I expect from a Hampton Inn. The selection and quality were lacking.
Between the non-existent maintenance and the lack of basic amenities, this was a frustrating stay. I would recommend avoiding this specific location until they improve.

As a Diamond Hilton member, this was lowest quality Hilton location I’ve ever stayed at. My room was never cleaned, my bed was never made, there was a slimy red substance on the floor in front of my toilet upon check in. Furniture was stained, the bed is very old. Do better

Stayed there yesterday checked in Thursday Dec 11th around 3:20 pm went down talked to man with tattoo on hand around 2:30 am and cancelled my second day and said the room was disgusting and I got woke up itching and found a rash on my foot . Was only refunded for the following night I cancelled . He said why didn't you say anything before I WASNT even there a full 12hrs and only few at the motel because went to see my mom at hospital smh, THIS WAS A EMERGENCY TRIP NOT A VACATION SMH ...Got there dropped off stuff from driving all the way from ohio to go see my mom in ICU at munster community hospital a few hours went back motel checked beds , mattresses have old pee stains on mattress itself, this it room 200 2nd floor, ice machine didn't work on that floor stains on the chair by bed and someone's makeup on cover that I had to use because I was exhausted from the drive and going to see my mom woke up around 230am tried make coffee, the piece was missing from the coffee maker . Went down talked to make said I'm leaving in morning . I started loading my car back up around 230-430 am so wasn't even there a full night checked out and got receipt in early am before checkout . Never showered was to worried, only used 3 small rags clean our faces and hands, I should of never got charged even one night it was filthy and now I got a rash worse motel experience ever. SHOULD HAVE NEVER BEEN CHARGED EVEN THE ONE NIGHT FOR A RASH AND FILTHY SHEETS AND DIDN'T EVEN USE THEIR SHOWERS OR ANYTHING BECAUSE NOTHING EVEN OPERATED EVEN THE FREEZER WAS ICED UP TOO LOOKING LIKE SNOW BECAUSE IT DIDN'T WORK PROPERLY AND MY MEAT WENT BAD THAT I BROUGHT WITH ME AND BREAD . TRY TO GO DOWN AT 2:30 A.M. TO GET COFFEE DOWNSTAIRS AT CHECK-IN SINCE THE ONE IN MY ROOM DIDN'T WORK AND THEY WERE SHUT OFF WORST EXPERIENCE EVER AT A MOTEL ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU'RE DRIVING THAT FAR AND COMING ALL THE WAY UP THERE FOR A CRISIS CUZ YOUR MOM'S IN ICU AT A HOSPITAL NEARBY AND JUST NEEDED SOMEWHERE TO SLEEP UNBELIEVABLE! No bags in trash can in bathroom or by desk, only in the ice machine container but the ice machine didn't work on our floor smh gross ROOM 200 2nd floor . Shouldn't of even been charged one night horrible experience my 75 yr old dad called me this morning that slept in other bed and said he has big rash also on side his neck. Will update photos ( THE BOY TOOK DOWN MY NAME NUMBER AND EMAIL WHERE IS MY REFUND )
