  Here’s the thing: This hotel has just opened when we booked our stay for the holidays, it opened to the public on the 19th and we booked from the 20th-28th.. A hotel this new should Not have the following problems that I experienced: A. Our hotel pots and pans were dirty on arrival B. The tvs are restricted so you have to watch cable the entire stay C. The pillows have feathers left in them which kept stabbing us in our sleep.. D. The “king” bed felt very much like a queen sized bed.. E. The breakfast was horrendous.. staff refused to put any more food out 30 minutes prior to breakfast closing which caused a lot of guests to go hungry and the inability to eat… the food was so bad, potatoes were not cooked all the way, the eggs were runny, and the sausage was half burned. F. WORST OF ALL - Our shower backed up and flooded our entire room!!? And instead of getting a new room or receiving some sort of compensation - we were forced to stay out of rooms the entire day until it was fixed.. G. Excluding the manager - Patel, the staff was incredibly rude and did not really care about the guests at all.. I do not recommend this hotel in the slightest.. and for references, I paid $1432 + $70 security deposit for 7 days

  ⭐ 1 star I had a very unpleasant experience at this Staybridge, mainly due to poor internal communication and unprofessional staff behavior. On December 24, the first front desk agent asked me to change rooms. He was polite and professional, I agreed to the change, and we discussed and approved a late check-out, which he said would be noted in the system. The next morning, a different employee knocked on my door repeatedly, trying to force me out before the agreed late check-out time. I calmly explained that I had an approved late check-out and asked her to check the notes left by her coworker. Her response was rude, saying that she didn’t care and that I had to leave anyway. While I was packing my belongings to leave earlier than planned, she continued knocking multiple times, maintaining a very disrespectful and unprofessional attitude. It is unacceptable for a hotel to have such poor communication between staff, and even worse to treat a guest this way—especially on Christmas Eve. This experience was stressful and far below the standards expected from this brand.

  This place is a true gem in Greenwood Indiana. We stayed 1 night but I have to say it’s definitely worth the price you pay. The rooms are spacious beautiful inside. They have dove soaps and shampoo and conditioner. No interstate or road noises it’s so peaceful the hotel is only 2 and 1/2 months old so it still has that new smell. Kids enjoyed the pool and breakfast was delicious your typical bacon , eggs, breakfast potatoes, toast , bagels muffins. I love that they offer their pop machine in case you don’t want juice or coffee. They also offer free coffee in the lobby. The little store at check in desk is so reasonable most things are $3-$4 for snacks and or hygiene products. The night we checked in the lady was so sweet and nice also the next day at check out such nice workers.

  Room was nice and cozy. Krish was very curious and always willing to help. Front desk ladies are friendly and helpful. Amy (the kitchen lady) is awesome. Always there during breakfast and social hour with a smile! Will stay here any time I’m in town!
