It was moring after Presidental Address and I requested the Guy at Counter if he would change the channel to FOX, he quickly stated he couldn't do that, he said a more neutral channel was all he could put on. I ask if that was his policy or the hotels? He stated,, that he had been told to do that. I am less than impressed it that's the case. Got two TVs put up on one what the CUSTOMER is requested...they were only two people in the area at that time... there's enough room people can decide where they want to set and what to watch.. I didn't feel like the CUSTOMER mattered at all.. Not Impressed! Not Happy Customer.. Voting with my feet... Not coming back.. I have 4 months of work to book rooms... Later.. Room 313 Feb 23 to 27 call me if you want to explain.. maybe apoligize..
