Being a Platinum member I have stayed at several different IHG locations and this is by far the worst. Old worn out furniture that hurt to sit in, flooring separated and dirty, baseboards just laying on the floor. Missing ice maker even though the fridge had a magnet stating how to use the ice maker. Linens were stained. The toilet wasn’t even properly mounted and had visible damage to the seal around the bottom. This location will not be visited again by me for business or pleasure.

Both were so friendly and helpful. The room was perfect! Clean and smelled good. Bed and pillows/bedding were comfy. The rate was good. I would definitely stay again.
