- CHCuban HoosierFeb 28, 20265.0We have been at Candlewood suites now for a month while awaiting to get back in our home. With it already being a stressful situation the staff have made the transition so much easier. They have all been wonderful and inviting, but 2 employees, Sam and Brandi, always go above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. It’s so nice to see their smiling faces and great attitudes everyday. Even if they are having a rough day or night for situations out of their control you would never know. Just walking in the door and being greeted daily by their smiles and knowing they care enough to greet us by name makes this place so much more comfortable and homey. I would give this hotel 10 stars if I could just based on the staff. Rooms are clean and well kept and give you all the amenities for longer term stays. Thank you Candlewood suites and most of all thank you staff for always making our stay a wonderful experience.

Shout out to Doug, several talks with him gave it home-like feel. Also to Dusty, who fixed a problem with my reservation upon noticing the problem when I was checking in. Would definitely stay here again and will if I have to work in the area again.

Being a Platinum member I have stayed at several different IHG locations and this is by far the worst. Old worn out furniture that hurt to sit in, flooring separated and dirty, baseboards just laying on the floor. Missing ice maker even though the fridge had a magnet stating how to use the ice maker. Linens were stained. The toilet wasn’t even properly mounted and had visible damage to the seal around the bottom. This location will not be visited again by me for business or pleasure.
