Breakfast is just recycled from previous days, dry fake eggs, packaged oatmeal and EXPIRED milk in a small carton, tasted like vomit. The shower still had hair on the walls. Definitely not the hype they make themselves out to be. They're basically an over priced Comfort Inn.

- HAHannah AdkinsSep 24, 20251.0I was supposed to stay at this hotel last weekend for a softball tournament, but upon arrival learned from the guests in the room connected to ours that they had live bed bugs. While the manager did refund my stay (since I understandably did not feel comfortable staying in a hotel with live bed bugs), the way the situation was handled otherwise was very disappointing. The manager informed me that the third floor had been treated for bed bugs just one week prior to our check-in. That is absolutely something that should have been disclosed to guests before arrival, so we could make an informed decision about whether or not to stay in a hotel that was actively dealing with a bed bug infestation. To make matters worse, as I was in the lobby gathering my belongings, other parents from our team asked why we were leaving. When I told them they should check their rooms because live bed bugs were found on the third floor, the manager rudely interrupted our conversation and told me I wasn’t allowed to inform other guests of the bed bugs since they refunded my stay. 1. I am free to share my personal experience. 2. I wouldn’t have had to warn other guests if the hotel had been upfront about the bed bug issue in the first place. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel. Transparency and guest safety should come first, and in this case, they absolutely did not.
