- AAAttendee AttendeeOct 31, 20251.0I am a local delivery driver. I received an order for 6 boxes of pizza and breadsticks for a managerial meeting at this location. I delivered the order early and everyone seemed friendly. The order was placed by a manager named Mikah. I did not receive a tip, but I assumed that they would be leaving one later electronically. I checked back the next day...no tip. I honestly thought it was a forgotten mistake and that management would remedy it. I contacted the hotel and the person that answered identified themselves as a manager. I asked if the order they received yesterday was complete? The said "yes". I asked if the service that I provided was satisfactory? They said "yes". I asked if there was any reason that there was no gratuity? She hung up on me. Strange, because this is NOT how most businesses conduct themselves. Hotels are supposed to be all about offering great customer service. Many people that are suppliers or employed by hotels depend on gratuity. I have stayed at Holiday Inn Express in the past, but don't think I will in the future. Have some class.

This was a midway stop for our trip so we did not take advantage of the 24 hr fitness center or pool but it all looked great. Would stay again.
