The housekeeping service was working hard this morning keeping the place spotless and the nice man keeping the breakfast area clean, stocked and enjoyable was hustling non stop and very pleasant. They were quick to assist us w a key issue when could not access the pool area. Our kids were very grateful! 😁We will be back any time we need to stay in the area. My only suggestion would be a QR code to allow for cashless tips in both the room and service areas such as the breakfast /dining area. We rarely carry cash on us but would have gladly tipped in this way.

She was exhausted from a crazy weekend here and yet she was extremely nice and empathetic about my situation. Susan is the ULTIMATE Customer Service person I have encountered. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH, SUSAN !!!!!!!
