Was told to contact expedia where I booked through. They were fine with canceling but had to contact best Western. They said I was already in office and they would not cancel without charging me for the stay. He said hotel is made of concrete and they aren't concerned with tornadoes. I will not be returning. They obviously aren't concerned for their customers either
- JKJeff KainFeb 23, 20263.0I chose this hotel based on reviews and Expedia offering a good price. I figured it was an off season rate. Evidently others saw much more than my wife or I did. Room was clean but very dated. Though the breakfast was highly reviewed we were not impressed. Staff was helpful but not exceptionally friendly. In one word we were underwhelmed. Booked for 2 nights, decided to drive home tired rather than stay get rested and drive home in the morning. This is s good place to stop for a night to rest inexpensively and then move on.
