  I normally have really good experiences with Best Western. That would be evidenced by the 12,000 plus points I had accumulated. Unfortunately, this experience was my least desirable. I used all my points on a room that was dirty. There was a clump of hair in the shower, a clump of hair under the sink, and a clump of hair on the floor by the bathtub. The wall above the shower insert was damp and soft from water damage. The shower head literally shot to the sides due to a state disrepair and old age. There was a very poor drywall repair spot in the bathroom as well. The breakfast options were very minimal compared with other BW I have stayed in. One of the two queen beds in the room was very loud. The metal mattress frame moved a lot and made allot of noise. There was also a missing outlet cover for the ac/heat unit. I consider that to be a significant safety/fire hazard. The staff who check us in was very nice and did their job efficiently. She did help with a small request that would be considered above and beyond. For that I was grateful. Parking was fine. The lot was easily accessible. I feel as if I wasted my points from multiple weeks worth of stays on a subpar room. Disappointing. I did not address any of my concerns with the staff. In my experience it does not help in any way to provide any kind of resolution to the problems experienced.

  This is a very good motel that serves a decent breakfast and has very nice rooms. There was an error at check-in for me. I had to switch rooms for my second night. I was courteous to them, and they were accommodating to me. We worked it out.

  Have only ever rented my rooms here. Brittany at the front desk is top tier! She made sure we had everything my kids and I needed during our stay. Super sweet and as always, I’ll be back :)

  I had to stay here for a month after my house burned down. The owner and his wife were incredibly sweet and always checked on me to make sure I didn't need anything. Housekeeping staff is amazing as well. Danny and Shelby are genuinely kind people who always say hello when they see you. Thank you so much for providing me a home and making it feel like one when I had nothing.
