- KBKatie BaumannDec 9, 20252.0We made a reservation for 4 guests for a King Suite (separate living room with pullout couch). It could have been an honest mistake, but they tried to give me a double queen, which has a much different price than what I paid for. The main issue was, the room was not prepared for 4 people, we booked this room nearly a year in advance, not last minute. We had to wait to pick up linens for the pullout - we check in after 11pm we were ready to just go to sleep so it was inconvenient to say the least. There were also only 2 towels in the room booked for 4 people... There were dead flies on the desk in the bedroom. It's obvious the room wasn't freshened or prepped for our stay. I don't expect people to go above and beyond, but my stay did not meet what I feel was the bare minimum.

- JSJerome SedonaNov 16, 20255.0The owner and receptionist were very friendly and honest. The last few hotels such as Holiday Inn Express and Courtyard by Mariott the fire alarms got pulled. Fortunately, this time went very smoothly, and I slept from 8-9 with no interruptions despite falling asleep with The Great Outdoors on at 40 volume. The breakfast was out of this world, and the nestle vitality dispenser really came in handy because I did come down with a cold. Perfect family place. 100 times infinity out of 10. My nitpicks are pool hours and breakfast labelling. Other than that this place is super clean and probably the best hotel I've been to.

The owner Bobby is completely unprofessional and Michelle at the front is a complete liar. This establishment will give your room away even at 10:00 PM regardless if you are 8 months pregnant and are traveling with your toddler and family from out of state. To put the cherry on top, the fire alarm came screeching at 8:00 AM, after a sleepless night of 5 in 1 room Please do not stay here !!
