- EEElizabeth EDJan 5, 20262.0I was not satisfied with my stay. The people were nice and all but the place was dirty. There was huge piles of dog crap the whole way up the side walk that were clearly there for some time. The sheets on the bed, which I hope were clean, appear to be rolled up in a laundry cart for a week. The drains emptied really slow. The toilet didnt flush completely. The bed had metal sticking out of the frame which my shoe got caught on and tore. A complete hazard. We wouldnt even take a shower. Checked out hours before the sun even came up. We couldnt sleep much anyway because the beacon of light coming through the window. No blinds or curtains to pull. Rang the front desk bell that woke the front desk person up who was staying in an adjacent room. I think the owners live there.

I got stuck driving from Chicago to PA in a really nasty blizzard so I had to stop driving. There are a few other hotels nearby, but I don’t even need to visit them to know that this location is the best choice. Starting with the room, the bed was quite literally comfier than my mattress at home. The pillows felt like clouds and the comforter was almost like a weighted blanket. I had the best sleep in a LONG time. The room was so clean and all the furniture and decor looked new. I ended up checking in at about 5:30 am, the staff was alert and very welcoming even in the middle of a blizzard so early in the morning. I arrived when they were setting up breakfast, it smelled SO good, they had a lot of food including fresh waffles, eggs and grits. Additionally there were tons of other options like cereal and fruit. The hotel has an expansive parking lot, clean and new amenities and is in a great spot off the highway. This location was warm, quiet and the perfect oasis on an incredibly stressful night for me. I firmly believe this is the BEST best western out there and I recommend to anyone in need of a safe and welcoming hotel.

Their "breakfast" was the nasty dehydrated eggs, watered down juice, and 1 waffle iron. There was probably 20 people in line for waffles.
