  Disgusting! Shower didn't drain no hot water.. bed sucked.. breakfast was horrible! Milk expired 1/24/26..I stayed 2/13 and 2/15..

  I spent a weekend here with my boyfriend. The first encounter with staff was alright. I paid for a larger scale room, but the front desk clerk claimed to only have one of those left, right next to the elevator. He didn't discount the rate, but instead moved us to a smaller room at the end of the hall. So I ended up paying $123 for a King room plus a $35 pet fee. My dog is 10 lbs, 14 years old, and does not make a mess. I paid the fee and was honest he was there with us. Day 2 I asked if we could upgrade since they didn't have the room available the night before, and management reluctantly obliged and gave the larger studio room, at a whopping rate of $119.00 PLUS I was charged a 2nd pet fee of $35 again for a grand total of $175. She told me that it was stated on the website that a pet fee of $35 was required daily - but it does NOT say that. We will not be returning to this establishment again. Completely distasteful and I feel like I got taken advantage of both by the price of the rooms (which she charged way more than what was on the website), their willingness to make accommodations to alter the room changes based on availability or refund some of the price and the astronomical pet fee daily. My money will be going elsewhere next time.

  Very clean---my number one requirement. Staff was friendly. Four stars for service due to minor inconveniences. There was a Kuerig machine in the room but no K-cups. Coffee in breakfast room was instant from a machine. Hot breakfast was scrambled eggs and biscuits. No gravy (okay with me). They were out of yogurt. There was a sign for omelets, but there were none in fridge. There were a lot of carb selections, i. e. bread, English muffins, oatmeal. Breakfast was satisfying.

  I was not satisfied with my stay. The people were nice and all but the place was dirty. There was huge piles of dog crap the whole way up the side walk that were clearly there for some time. The sheets on the bed, which I hope were clean, appear to be rolled up in a laundry cart for a week. The drains emptied really slow. The toilet didnt flush completely. The bed had metal sticking out of the frame which my shoe got caught on and tore. A complete hazard. We wouldnt even take a shower. Checked out hours before the sun even came up. We couldnt sleep much anyway because the beacon of light coming through the window. No blinds or curtains to pull. Rang the front desk bell that woke the front desk person up who was staying in an adjacent room. I think the owners live there.

  Great customer service and very clean rooms. Quiet and very serene and peaceful. Will definitely be stopping back next time I'm in this area
