Came to this area for a conference which was being held across the street., so for convenience I thought this hotel was a great option. There was no easy way to cross the road to the event and no shuttle. There were leftovers in the refrigerator and no breakfast/bar or dinner because of renovations which I was not made aware of beforehand so then after a long day I had to figure out a place to eat and drive!!!! Spoke with booking.com and they reached out to the hotel which denied any type of refund. VERY DISAPPOINTING!

It’s a shadow of what it probably used to be. Food is mostly non existent here, besides a slice of a frozen pizza and the bar is a cash bar with no available drafts. TV in the room is completely glitched out and unusable. Coffee maker in the room does not work. Pool was supposedly available, but I was told the hot tub is permanently disabled. Hallways have carpet all coming up and probably a safety issue for anyone not paying attention as they might trip on the old coming up carpet. Staff was pretty friendly. No way I would book this hotel a second time.

I chose this hotel for 2 reasons - it is across from the coliseum and I'm a rewards club member. The hotel itself is lovely and clean. I had the best sleep on the bed of any hotel I've stayed at before. The lobby area had a sitting/table area that the two of us were able to use late into the night to craft on. Loved all the Dove products in the bathroom.
Now, for the 2 negatives. Easy one to correct is that the restrooms located on the general first floor area both had no toilet paper. When we were crafting at a table in the lobby area, we shouldn't have to return to our 6th floor room to use the bathroom. Now for the serious issue. There are NO sidewalks or crosswalks to walk across a 3 lane divided highway. There is a stoplight there, so thankfully the people turning saw us and waited for us to cross the street. Also, the hotel is on a hill and there is no walking path or side of the road - just the curb. I felt that the information provided online was misleading in that aspect. We paid $250 for one night expecting to safely walk across the street and not have to worry about moving our car. Next year, when we attend the same event, I will not worry about being so close to the venue and just use the venue parking lot.

If you’re looking for a room close to the coliseum, this works. However, it’s really gross. When we arrived, we checked in just fine. We went up to a room and there was still someone there cleaning it. No biggie. When we arrived back in the room later that night, it looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned at all. The floor had stains and debris all over it, there was soap on the counter, and then when my mother went to go climb into bed, there was a large crusty brown stain in it. I went downstairs and showed the girl the photos as someone else showed up to work. Instead of asking me what was going on, the new employee just spoke to the girl that was leaving as if we weren’t standing right there, asking her what was going on. They were able to move us into a new room that was thankfully cleaner. No apologies.
When we checked out early the next morning that same employee picked up her phone really fast, said her boss was calling her, so she was on her phone the entire checkout process. Out of respect for my mom and it being her reservation, I did not cop an attitude with the lady at the counter. She 100% deserves a partial refund on her reservation.
Breakfast wasn’t operational and having to change rooms at nearly midnight is due to uncleanliness is 100% solid reasons for a partial refund.

I stayed at this hotel recently and unfortunately had a frustrating experience with their lost and found process. I left behind an electric toothbrush and called multiple times to check if it had been found.
Each time I called, I felt brushed off. The first time, I was told they didn’t know and that someone would call me back but they hadn’t even taken my contact information until I pointed it out. Even after providing my number, I never received a call.
On a later call I asked to speak with a manager and was told to call back in the afternoon. When I called again, I was told to try after 4 PM. At no point was I actually connected with a manager or given a clear answer.
I understand items can be missed, but the lack of follow up and communication was disappointing. I would suggest improving responsiveness and accountability when handling guest inquiries.
