  Hotel was VERY clean, beds comfortable, overall quiet, breakfast was outstanding, location convenient to highway and staff was friendly and accommodating. Couldn’t think of anything to make it better.

  This is my second time staying here. Its clean and comfortable. The staff here are very nice. They give you their full attention and genuinely care about the customer. They go above and beyond for you here. On my 1st stay got texts asking if I was enjoying my stay. As well as on my 2nd. Also on my 2nd stay I checked in late and my key card didn't take the first time when it was keyed. Not a big deal electronics fail from time to time. I went down to get it fixed. Front Desk re-keyed it and walked me up to my room to make sure I was able to get in my room. The breakfast attendant is super nice always smiling and asking about your day. And the breakfast is good my only complaint is I like my coffee very hot its warm here but they provide ceramic coffee cups so I was able to microwave it. Reason i stayed here was its only a 13min drive from airport.

  Great breakfast and nice gym+ basketball court. That was an interesting surprise for sure. I was very happy to see fresh fruit other than oranges and bananas offered at breakfast! Clean as well

  I’m really disappointed with my experience dealing with this hotel before even getting the chance to stay there. I was trying to get a gift to friend sorted out ahead of my visit, but communication was extremely frustrating. I spoke with Tyler at the front desk multiple times, and unfortunately, I was being hung up on while trying to ask questions. It made it very difficult to resolve anything or feel confident about my upcoming stay. I also interacted briefly with Tamera at the front desk, but overall the experience left me feeling unheard and unwelcome. Customer service before arrival is important, and based on these interactions alone, I’m honestly concerned about how guests are treated. I hope management looks into improving communication and professionalism at the front desk for others moving forward

  We stay at this hotel when we just want to get away from home. I've stayed at multiple of the IHG properties in FtW before we stayed at this one & we havent stayed anywhere else since. This is our hotel when we just want out of the house & I am always impressed. As a General Manager of my own IHG hotel, I wish I could kidnap some of the staff & bring them to my property lol. Housekeeping does an amazing job keeping rooms clean. The rest if the property is always neat & well maintained & the front desk staff have always been kind & helpful. Billie is "our girl" when we come in! My husband checked in for me last night while I was at work & she told hi. "I will be gone before Catori gets here tonight, but I'll be back in the morning & I'll see her then" She remembers us by name when we come in, shes sweet & playful to my 3 year old - which is very important to me - she lets her ring the bell & talks to her when shes at the desk with me & my K just loves it! She really is one of the people who makes the stay. Always happy to see her friendly face when we're here!
