She is absolutely unprofessional and lacks proper service industry skills. She should be fired. Update: I was NOT a guest staying at the employee rate. I observed the situation that occurred and attempted to ask a question and the employee was rude. I am a Senior Property Manager so customer service should be emphasized and executed at all times. She was less than professional to a potential guest. Based on my interaction with your employee... your facility is not a place I would stay at or recommend to anyone.
- VMVictoria MazzolaAug 28, 20251.00 stars. Most horrific, mean, greedy management I’ve ever dealt with in my life. DO NOT STAY HERE. Stay anywhere else in Fort Wayne that’s not an IHG hotel. If anything goes wrong regarding your stay, you will be out of luck. I have never left a bad review before and I have tried for months to remedy the situation without doing this. Corporate customer service also did not care to help me, so please do yourself a favor and choose any other hotel. If I convince at least 1 person not to stay here, that’s good enough for me. *Update after their response- I cancelled 4 hours after the acceptable window and begged for a refund or SOMETHING. This was still a day before the reservation and the hotel was fully booked after my cancellation. So, they made almost $300 on the room TWICE and could not care to help someone out who had an unfortunate circumstance prevent them from traveling- I cancelled as soon as I could and they were heartless.
