Attending a wedding reception on 11/15/25
And not even half the party got through the line and they were out of lettuce and sour cream. When I went and asked for more lettuce, the lady told me she had already cut up 3 heads of lettuce and there went anymore ( in a not so friendly tone). Crazy to have 1 staff member on for a party of 200 people. Management is clearly Lacking here. Hopefully they give a refund of some sort the Brides parents!

Other than needing USB chargers built-in to the lamps like most newer hotels, and fixing the Hot tub, and heating the pool up to at least 15c the place is great!

We stayed here for a week, for work.
0 house keeping & employees only care about you if you have a ‘status’.
No towels.
No toilet paper.
No napkins.
No trash bags.
The first morning: I called down to ask if they had breakfast
“No. We are having some renovations being done.
Are you part of the World Cup that is here”
“No”
“Then no!”
Like okay, you could’ve used better wording.
The rest of the week my boyfriend has gone down several times to let them know about the trash, to ask for towels, & whatnot.
Nobody. Ever. Came.
Every time we/I went down, I noticed that they welcome in the World Cup players, but no word, or acknowledgment to me, or any other ‘regular’ guest.
The ENTIRE week we didn’t have breakfast. Which would be fine, if it were advertised on the website, or anywhere BEFORE you book it.
The morning of check out (today), before he leaves for work he asks them for a late check out (like we always do, each week)
“No, we can’t do that”
*reception sees he’s a diamond elite status*
“Oh, you’re a diamond elite? Oh well Im not supposed to, but I’ll go ahead and do it”
“What do you mean you’re not supposed to? It’s part of being diamond elite & we do it every week, each place we go”
The bed was a cloud tho, couldn’t get enough of that damn thing😅
But never will we stay here again.
Hot tub is also closed. Also not advertised. I straight up told my boyfriend to book at a hotel with a hot tub.
Can’t get refunded for our trip because the entire week was booked & paid for in advanced. Otherwise we would’ve been gone the first day we came here.
Worst hotel we have stayed at.

The restaurant is closed. However, at check in there was a sign "breakfast this way" with an arrow. Upon check out, I was informed "that's for our team only, NOT FOR GUESTS".
I have never stayed at a Holiday Inn that didn't offer at least SOMETHING (basic "Continental" or otherwise). And for this run down facility to charge what they do and NOT have some offering other then free coffee is a blight on the entire brand

Stayed for two nights in room 423. After the first night, keys deactivated. Had to go ask to activate them again, a minor thing, not a big deal. However, the room smelled a little funky, saw a flea in the bed I was sleeping and came home with a couple of bites. Please, sanitize that room and get rid of the bugs.
The bathroom and shower were very good, no complains there.
