  I strongly recommend finding somewhere else to stay if you are in the Fort Wayne area. The General Manager has the poorest customer service I have ever experienced. Travel sports team beware, they will not work with you on play to stay reservations even when the showcase event says it is 1 day they will charge you for two. The General Manager even told a lobby full of our team parents that he could fix the issue, but he was choosing not to. I recommend avoiding all hotels owned by Fort Wayne Hotel Group LLC. The supported the general manager with his horrible service. I feel bad for the staff here, that have to work in this environment.

  They charge me for a room that wasn't even mine. Dont ever stay here here. They will charge you for a room that is not even in your name.!

  This was by far the poorest managed and maintained Holiday Inn express that my family and I have ever stayed in. Below is a bullet list of issues. - Understaffed, staff only answered customer questions with "I'm sorry I wish I could help you". - Key cards continuously un-programming for door locks. - Room cleaned and did not supply clean towels. - Level floors (hallway carpet and elevator areas) dirty and never cleaned. - No hot water for shower on second day of stay. 8:30am. Multiple families in our group had the same experience. - As a parent of a traveling athlete we often gather in a lobby after the sporting events have concluded for the day. This hotel kicked 5 families out of the lobby at 10:00pm as we were sitting and unwinding from the days events. This was a quiet group of adults not bothering anyone. Staff was rude and Manager was not on site. - Breakfast was poor at best, eggs were undercooked and selection was minimal. -Sound travels through the floors and walls!!

  DO NOT BOOK this hotel!! Cold showers, unpleasant staff, and almost every ice machine was broken! DO NOT BOOK if you’re a travel sports family and want to socialize with your fellow team parents in the lobby at night!! Apparently the “manager was watching us through the security cameras” and they “close the lobby at 10pm.” Note that nowhere was that posted (many other locations in the hotel have hours posted ie: pool, fitness center). The night front desk employee was rude and lacked the hospitality skills required to work in this business. We’ve stayed in many hotels over the years and have never been told that the lobby “closes at 10pm.” We will NEVER stay at this property again and I highly encourage you to find another location….especially my fellow travel sports families!!!

  We came here during a basketball tournament. The facility has everything we were looking for. Location, pool, breakfast, suites for families, and meeting spaces. I think every issue we had was from too little staff available. As I said, the facility had everything we needed. Breakfast food was good, but there was only 1 worker on a Saturday morning he couldn't keep up the restocking for the amount of people. The pool was nice, but they ran out of towels and the room could have been cleaned more frequently. The front desk was very helpful with questions, but it was only one person so you had to catch them when no one else was there. During the entire stay only one elevator was running so we had lines to use it as that was the smaller size only one cart could fit at a time.
