- JSJamie S.Jan 31, 20261.0This hotel was filthy. We checked in just after 3, which was the time we were told we could check in. Entry walk ways leading in to the hotel weren’t salted well. They had to make key cards in the back room. As we head to go to our room, we get on an elevator, the flooring is horribly filthy and the elevator itself rides like it is in need of service. Once we got to the second floor, you saw the housekeeping cart in the hall, overflowing with trash, and most rooms were still propped open, in need of cleaning. Keyed in to our assigned room to find the walls just plain disgusting, it looked like someone had rubbed oil on them in large areas, bedding was crumpled, head board was also covered in greasy film, tiles were dirty, shower floor was dirty, and there was mold on the ceiling above the toilet where they aren’t addressing a water leak. We went to the front desk and notified them that we would just be going elsewhere. Later received the automated text that asked how our stay was going after we relocated ourselves to another hotel.
