I was told that if I wanted a room, I would be required to pay for two nights even though I would only be staying for one. This makes absolutely no sense and feels like a blatant cash grab. I was very clear that I only needed one night and had no reason to pay for an additional night I would not be using. Policies like this are unreasonable, inflexible, and completely customer-unfriendly. I will not be staying here and would not recommend this hotel to anyone who expects fair and transparent booking practices. Fort Wayne Indiana
