Ok I get it, but make sure the room is complete! We had to chase down house keeping for a hair dryer. And… not coffee maker in the room (wth?) The room come with Roku TVs, so you need to supply your own credentials. (Yea, no guarantees credentials would be truly cleared afterwards) If y’all follow us, you know we praise quality and call out less than acceptable. This place does not meet BW expectations. Best to keep looking for a room. btw- RV show was pretty cool!

My son is a double leg amputee & needs a handicap accessible shower. I received a confirmation stating an accessible room. An hour before we arrived I contacted them on another matter & confirmed my room. At that time I was told we have a regular room & no accessible rooms available. I was told it was a computer error on their part. I disputed this all the way to corporate & the manager at this hotel refused to give us a refund or any compensation for this inconvenience. I wonder if they treat all handicap people this way. I do not recommend this hotel, especially if you encounter an issue that management is not willing to fix. In response to management's reply..we were not given ample time to cancel. We did not find out about the mix up until 3 hours before check in. Where were we supposed to find a handicap accessible room at another hotel in that short of notice. This reply is ridiculously untrue. Own up to your error.
