There was absolutely no accommodations or regards to anything. So Would leave zero stars if I could. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. We came for a work trip and our room was not ready at 330 pm. Then due to this blizzard going on our flight got changed to leave Saturday instead of Sunday so we needed to check out a day earlier. They refused to refund us for that night and said they couldn’t do anything since it was booked on hotels.com. I contacted hotels.com and they are saying the property needs to refund me. So basically I want my money for the night I didn’t stay. And they could care less apparently. Beware if you book and there is a weather emergency as you will probably end up in this situation. Room was also not very clean or pleasant. Will never stay here again or any similar property. Fix this.
