  I requested a room change at check-in because I knew the room I was given wasn’t suitable. They refused and told me to wait until the next day. As a travel nurse working night shifts, I need to sleep during the day, but the noise was unbearable. The housekeeping staff were yelling to each other, laughing loudly, and slamming doors, which made it impossible to rest. I understand hotels should have policies to maintain a quiet environment at all times, but that was not the case here. I couldn’t sleep and had to leave early. The room was also not clean, with hair everywhere. I reached out to the manager but never received a response. Overall, a very noisy hotel and not recommended for anyone who needs to sleep during the day.

  The staff was SOOOOOO kind. Gave free womens health products and the dude at the front desk was awesome and deserved a raise!

  Let me start with - Felicia at the front desk was amazing! She was so sweet and kind - The epitome of hospitality! The hotel was wonderful, too. Breakfast was plentiful and tidy, the rooms were nice and felt clean, and it was right off the highway, so it was perfect for us while traveling through.

  Not the cleanest Holiday Inn I've stayed in. The beds were not super comfortable but they were clean... except for hairs under the mattress. The water pressure was lacking as well and the towels/ washcloths were dingy. Good thing I brought my own! Will definitely drive a little farther to find a different hotel next time I visit my family.

  Would not recommend. I felt very uncomfortable at this hotel. From “listening Tom’s” outside my room door, a receptionist trying to charge me outside of my paid stay (through employer), and the dirt hanging from the ceiling; made me want to never come back to this place ever again. I’m not even going to go into the pet odor in my room. Again; fortunately this was through my employer and not out of my own personal pocket but if I were you I’d probably book next door at quality or somewhere else. Maybe they just gave me a bad room though so it’s up to you to decide in the end.🤷🏽
