Bob and his team were wonderful in helping us plan and book a vacation to Alaska instead last year in the summer of 2021! Before venturing into their business, I gave them a call, and Mr. Haynie himself answered the phone. He was very helpful in answering all my questions and concerns. He invited me in for further consultation on our trip. We went in the next day and greeted by a wonderful lady at the front desk who sat us right down to talk. She had loads of good information about honeymoon hotspots and listened to all our wants. Before we knew it, we were out the door with several choices. I called back three days later and wondered if she had any results. I was told they had been extremely shorthanded she had forgotten and if I could wait, she was trying to find my info. on a note she had burried on her desk. I said that wasn't acceptable and I'd go somewhere else.
