  I loved it because it's very close to shopping centers, restaurants and other amenities, plus the rooms are very spacious. I highly recommend it.

  Our stay was truly delightful and comfortable, characterized by immaculate rooms, cozy beds, and exceptional customer service. While the breakfast bar was satisfactory, we were a bit disappointed by the absence of waffle makers. Most definitely will be a choice of stay next time. Also keep in mind there is a freeway that run behind the hotel so it maybe noisy.

  I wasn’t sure what to expect when I booked this Holiday Inn Express–affiliated property, but the Garner Hotel exceeded my expectations in every way—especially for the price. I definitely felt like I got my money’s worth. The staff was friendly and incredibly accommodating. I initially booked just one night while visiting a family member in the hospital, but ended up extending my stay from Sunday through Friday. The team made the process seamless and was very flexible with late checkout requests as my plans remained uncertain. My room was spacious, clean, and appeared recently refurbished—it felt fresh and new. The bed was very comfortable as well. The only downside was some noise from nearby I-69, as the hotel backs up to the highway. Breakfast included a good variety of options—eggs, biscuits and gravy, sausage, breads, muffins, yogurt, and cereal—and the area was consistently clean and well maintained. Overall, a very positive experience, and I would definitely stay here again.

  1st time we have stayed at a Garner which I learned is new to the IGH chain.(we usually go to Holiday Inn Express& suites) we got a King standard room. Very happy with this location. Staff at check in & check out was AWESOME. Very polite, welcoming, friendly. Clean from the parking lot to the pillows. I like the soft colors in the room, Hot shower, AC worked great, Super Cold mini fridge & bed was comfy. Keep up the Great work staff !!!!! (& keep the great rates)

  My wife and I recently had a short stay at the Garner, and we enjoyed it for the most part. The staff was excellent and the breakfast was quite good, though we found ourselves missing the waffle maker—even if I hadn't actually planned on eating any waffles! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and I particularly loved the grand staircase leading from the lobby to the second floor where our room was located. I have stayed at this property previously throughout its various iterations, first when it opened as a Holiday Inn Express and later when it was a Country Inn & Suites. I did run into a couple of minor maintenance issues during our visit. The water cooler in the fitness center wasn’t working, but the front desk attendant was quick to help, providing me with bottled water from the pantry. On our final day, I also discovered the AC in the fitness center wasn't working and the front desk clerk couldn't figure out why the remote control wasn't functioning. Since I was already checking out, I’m not sure if these were addressed immediately, but the staff's responsiveness gives me confidence they were handled. The hotele is close to shops and restaurants including me beloved Costco and Chick-fil-A. We plan to stay here again on our future trips when we visit our family.
