  The rooms were clean sink drains terrible but that's the only bad thing. Location wise it sucked because we went to kill time and now we just "have to have" a 3000 dollar couch 🤣. Overall no complaints

  Normally I am not super picky and don’t make a fuss about things but after a 13 hour drive I come here & it’s a disaster. The first room the water wouldn’t get hot and was a notch above cold and all I wanted was to take a hot shower. The second room the guy put me in was dirty, there was no remote (he had to give me one from another room) the tub had a ring around it, there was a crusty towel laying across the shower head, there was hair on the bed and the tub and sink drained really slow. The hot water got hot for about 5 mins before it went super cold again. On top of ALLLL of that the heater would get hot it was just like warm which wasn’t enough for me because I was freezing. Only after setting it to the highest temperature for 30 minutes did it warm the room. The light above the sink was creaking all night and was so disturbing. I was too exhausted to change rooms again as I had my 4 year old with me and I was drained from the drive. Also in the morning (which I had to wake up at 12am to hit the road) the toilet wouldn’t flush and I couldn’t use it. Went to a gas station down the street. The guy at the front desk was half apologetic, he also said it wasn’t the best hotel and he had been disappointed with things here. When I shared my concerns he offered a sorry and immediately said he couldn’t compensate me or refund me or he’d lose his job( which would’ve been nice but I didn’t ask for it I just wanted my concerns to be brought up to a manager which he told me he would when I was checking out) The only good thing was the bed was comfortable & atleast he was willing to switch my room although it didn’t help. Other than that I wouldn’t stay here again.

  Desk in room, but NO chair, buy some!!! If I was there longer, I would not have been comfortable while using my laptop as I checked in at 11pm and had to be back to work at 7am. Refrigerator plugged in did NOT refrigerate, so food and drinks warm in the morning. Microwave in room was nice. Hard to figure where they hid the hairdryer. Water pressure and temp excellent. There were two pieces of dried food on the floor beneath the bedside tables. Bed comfortable and the heater was great. Also, you do feel like you are sitting on the toilet paper as it was quite close on the wall. Staff was very helpful and very nice and helped find the hair dryer... So, that is why I'm giving a two star and not lower. A very cheap, but inexpensive Hilton product. I am Diamond forever member and stayed in room 107.

  This hotel is ideal for maybe one or two nights not for longer, there is no hot breakfast. No microwave, refrigerator is about 2 ft long nothing really fits there. The beds are scrunched, they do not fold their sheets.
