- PMPatricia MoranFeb 15, 20261.0MAKE SURE YOU LATCH THE DOOR UP TOP SO STAFF DOESNT WALK IN ON YOU AN HOUR BEFORE CHECK OUT. I had a housekeeping member knock on my door and try to open it at 10:50 am this morning saying check out check out check out. (check out is 12:00) I told him I was almost done and he just stood there and kept saying checkout. This is unacceptable. I felt like I was being intimidated and forced to check out early so they didnt have to come back to clean my room. I tried talking to the front desk about it but she just blew me off and said she didnt know. This is crazy. I always stay at Holliday Inn because I get there so late and they have a 12:00 check out. I shouldn't be disturbed before check out at all.

There were maybe 10 cars in the entire lot and we were half of them but apparently a normal coversation might wake the 5 other people spead across 3 floors...
- HHHollyJan 4, 20262.0We got this room for a night because of travel basketball and we got to the hotel checked in that all went great the guy who checked us in was awesome and very friendly so we went to our room looked around and our room was terrible especially for the price we had to pay…the wall had cracked so bad u could push the wall and it would go in and the carpet was all ripped up beside the pull out couch… we went to pull out the pull out couch for our kiddos and oh my goodness looked like someone was murdered on it..so so bad and then the top of the bed had floss tips left on it which is so disgusting and one of the queen beds had hairs in it and stains all over the bed! I’m very disappointed and I HATE leaving bad reviews but I have to put this out there because it was terrible an we will never book there again unfortunately!
