  We got this room for a night because of travel basketball and we got to the hotel checked in that all went great the guy who checked us in was awesome and very friendly so we went to our room looked around and our room was terrible especially for the price we had to pay…the wall had cracked so bad u could push the wall and it would go in and the carpet was all ripped up beside the pull out couch… we went to pull out the pull out couch for our kiddos and oh my goodness looked like someone was murdered on it..so so bad and then the top of the bed had floss tips left on it which is so disgusting and one of the queen beds had hairs in it and stains all over the bed! I’m very disappointed and I HATE leaving bad reviews but I have to put this out there because it was terrible an we will never book there again unfortunately!

  Rooms are decent, linen clean and the breakfast was good. My initial impression of the place was good. I am giving a one star for what I witnessed another customer deal with. After being nosey and speaking with them I was sure to lock away my personal items. They could not find their wallet, asked if it had been seen and were told no. They said the laundry lady with purple hair went through all the linen to see if it had gotten wrapped up and thrown down but wasn't there and she helped them search their room again and still couldn't find it. They luckily had one of those air tag trackers in their wallet and were able to locate it tucked away on the cleaners cart after he said he had not seen the wallet. I wouldn't recommend staying here but if you do be sure to keep your stuff locked up or on your person because it could grow legs and walk away into a room cleaners pocket. He was still there a couple days later so it seems they did not fire him and keep thieves as employees. Be extra cautious here.

  Clean, friendly, sporadically busy. Settled away from main road, however train traffic can be heard. The blinds were darkened. The tub drain leaks a little. The bathroom vents carry sound from other rooms. The elevator is slow. The floors creak. The electrical outlets are to current regulations. The lighting was soft. The TV was medium size. The room was spacious. The room doors are loud when they slam shut.

  This room is wheelchair accessible. 2 qeens nothing fancy. Fridge has a separate freezer if need be. Sheets are clean my bed sheets had a small hole in it. The bathroom is the place I have an issue. There is a crack in the showers wall. One of the rods is loose, there is mold under the self for soap and that shelf is also about to fall off the wall. The shampoo, condition and body soap bottles that the hotel supplies looks like they are really old ad there is like brown ring round them up by the metal plate that holds them to the wall. (I bring my own personal hygiene products)
