Had some issues with my original room at check-in and I got swapped to another without issue or question. My only qualm with this hotel isn't even anything within their control- there's a Texas Roadhouse across the street from the hotel and the parking lot attracts all kinds of idiots. Be prepared for some defensive driving immediately outside the hotel. Great stay otherwise.
