  Spacious King Size Room with sofa. Newly painted. There were some negatives however: LOUD elevators up and down all night, constant road noise from the expressway, and water noises. It would have benefited from some soundproofing when renovating.

  The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Receptionist was kind and effective. Breakfast was very complete. Price was just fine. My wife and I were having a good time until someone knocked the door very hard at 8:30 am. It was very scary. We opened the door and an employee just said "you are fine." No, she did not apologized! Did she want to clean our room while we were there??? I respectfully suggest that employees should be better trained. We never had such an awful experience in any IHG hotel. I understand that it is a new hotel in that chain... But we will not go back to that hotel.

  Place feels very clean and new. The rooms are spotless, the beds are hard, and the WiFi is barely fast enough to check email. Staff is friendly, and did I mention the place is spotless?

  Wasn’t feeling well enough to drive home but it was barely noon. Called & spoke to a lady at the front desk & she was able to accommodate an early check in (right away). They also have a nice coffee machine, cucumber water, and the best tasting homemade (ish) cookies upon check in. The service was amazing with anything/everything needed. The room was very nice (microwave & fridge in room) with plenty of room That was very clean. The night before we had stayed at the Hilton next to Ford Center. It was a huge disappointment. You expect high quality for a Hilton & it was MAYBE equivalent to a 2star cheap hotel like Roadway. It was such a drastic difference & exactly what I hoped for when I splurged for a nice hotel. 100% 5⭐️ & One of the best/nicest places I’ve had the privilege of staying & we got such a phenomenal deal through Priceline. The deal we got was even better than the cheap hotels in town (70/night). Can’t say enough great things… We had 2 service dogs in the room & never had a problem with that… breakfast was nice! The only thing I missed was a waffle/pancake station but that’s a ME thing (nothing they did wrong). I had a very yummy breakfast taco, sausage biscuits w gravy, oatmeal, and yogurt.. they also had a variety of bagels and breads with pastries & cereal bar. Housekeeping was very kind & the lady with breakfast was amazing. Hands down the best service, best room and I believe everyone should stay at this hotel! HANDS DOWN SOOO MUCH BETTER than the Hilton at the Ford Center. So if you have a choice, RUN for Garner & don’t waste your time/money with Hilton.
