We stay here every year about the same time frame to visit with my grand son. It's a great place to hang out. Love the bar for a night cap and to watch football. Restaurant is under construction but they are still accommodating with a small menu. Starbucks is right down stairs a great plus!

Update: And get this - no cookies were offered!! Appalled at the lack of attention to cleaning. We stayed here four days and you could tell the floor hasn't been vacuumed as the hallways had debris and trash (wrappers, broken hair tie, plastic bag, a used zyn) on the 3rd floor that was still there when we checked out. Pictured are several areas covered in dust, drink stains left behind, the trash can looking gross in our room... and they have the audacity to put a QR code asking for tips on the bed 😭. Front desk was nice enough, location is convenient but at what cost...

We arrived at 4:30p on 12/06/2025. The front desk attendant(a female named Adrian) was busy talking to her friend about 3 ft from the front desk for about 5 minutes. After she finished showing him pictures on her phone and catching up on old times she came back to the desk. My husband explained to her that we have reservations for a room that has a wheelchair accessible shower. She told us that she did not have a room ready at 4:36p. We left and gave them an hour to get our room ready. When we came back she put us in room 416. This room has a bathtub. I went back downstairs and explained that we have to have a wheelchair accessible shower. Adrian then moved us to room 243. The bathroom floor was so sticky that our shoes left prints on the floor. I had to wet a towel and clean the floor. It seemed to me that someone sprayed cleaner on it and didn't mop it up correctly, but that's just my guess. When I got up in the morning and got in the shower the shower hose was completely disconnected from the water source. My husband had to come screw it back together for me. We definitely wont stay here again which is too bad because the location is perfect and the beds are very comfortable.

Booked ahead when stopping in town for a night because we knew the chain and what we expected. Arrived late at night and the first thing we noticed in the room was that the outlet on the nightstand was broken beyond being usable, like most modern humans we use our phones as alarms and this was quite the inconvenience. We heard music from the downstairs event hall in our room on the 4th floor until around 2 AM keeping our kids awake and asking when the party would end. The mattresses were so soft that we could not lay within one foot of the edge of the bed without being corralled into a spooning position in the middle by gravity and lack of support. Once we had the sunlight and the lights on we noticed all the furnishings had chips and scratches under a fine layer of dust. To top off a not very well rested night the coffee maker didn't heat the water and spewed out cold pee colored liquid that was undrinkable. The stainless steel lamp had rust, there were all kinds of suspicious stains on the arms of the chairs. Attempting to take a shower we noticed black work boot prints inside the shower, there were 2 shampoo & 1 conditioner depensers with no other soap or bodywash available. Opting not to shower and taking a step back my wife pointed out that the grout of the bathroom was dirty and moldy to the point of blackening everywhere except hard to reach places such as between the cabinet and wall or behind the door near the stopper where it remained a beige color. Upon exiting the room we noticed the glass wall decor in the hallway was cracked near a lower support and that the carpet was stained and visibly filthy from end to end. The elevators also reeked of marijuana to the point my children asked if a skunk died in them. Did I mention dust? If you have a sensitive nose or allergies expect not to breathe for your stay. Do yourself a favor and find a cardboard box to sleep in under an overpass instead.
