  Paid $211 for someone smoking cigarettes in the bathroom under my room stains all over their couches disgusting laundry room with all the washers. All of them are filthy. Only one dryer works, absolute horrendous sound coming from other dryer, which squeals scratches and scrapes piercing the ears once you come into the hotel very deep smell of mold Unfortunately, reviewing all other reviews exactly saying the same thing as I’m saying, and nothing has obviously been done in years

  I stay at this hotel frequently for business and would highly recommend it. The rooms are spacious, always clean, and the staff is exceptional. Robert goes above and beyond to provide outstanding guest service. Thank you.

  DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. I reserved a room for my daughters 10th birthday. I got the two bedroom suite that's sleeps 6. Being a rewards member I have never had a problem with requesting early check in. Staybridge denied that cause they needed time to clean the rooms. When I got there at 3pm to check in. I was informed that I needed a $250 deposit, which I was never made aware of while booking nor is it in my confirmation details. After dealing with that. We checked into our room, to walk into a dirty room! (Remember I couldn't get early check in cause they needed time to clean) Walls were filthy. Floors were not swept, I had hair in my bathroom toilets. The tub was not cleaned. Sheets were still dirty, all they did was pull the blanket over them and tried to tuck it in. The coffee pot still had its dirty coffee filter and coffee stains from the previous tenant. Refrigerator still had leftovers in it. The beds, couch and chairs are outdated. Looks like the backs of the chairs have been scratch by animals. When I made the front desk aware of it she told me there was nothing she could do until the housekeeper could clock in at 5:00 p.m..That they didn't have another room available to accommodate 5 people. I then informed her that I would not stay at that hotel and I was told that if I did not stay, since with me booking through a third party I would still be charged for that night. That she insured me that a housekeeper would come in and clean my room and asked if there was something I could do for the time being.. I had to take my daughter and her three friends out to dinner while they were cleaning the room. When returning I asked for cleaner so I could cIean some more! I have never been so unsatisfied with a hotel stay. I would definitely not recommend this hotel. The way that they treat their members is unacceptable! Oh and I was charged extra on my statement than what they said it would be. The only thing they offer me was some extra points and 1 hr extra in my room so they could enjoy the pool!!! I have pictures of her dirty it was. I'm so disappointed

  This hotel has good rooms but everything else was horrible. Worst breakfast I have ever had in a hotel and staff was rude when asked about getting some more food and plates put out. Could be a really nice hotel but breakfast and breakfast staff ruined the experience.

  The front desk lady had no experience to solve problems and what is good service, the sofa mattress was dirty with a big spot of old blood, drums and candy trash, and didn't give us any support to have a better room. When we ask for the supervisor, she didn't know who to call. It was an incredible bad experience. Do not recommend this hotel.
