Elaina greeted us with open arms and such genuine warmth. She was truly incredible, the best receptionist we came across during our entire trip. Her kindness, positive energy, and willingness to help meant so much to us. She made us feel instantly welcome and taken care of. The room was very clean and had a modern, nice design. She’s the reason we’ll remember this place so fondly!

A $70 room one week is now $126 for the same room 3 weeks later on a Sunday night. Also they put $100 hold on my debt card for incidentals and would not give it back to me until 5-7 business days. That was cash on my debt card needed to buy gas for my trip. This was not explained ahead of time or I never would have stayed there for that price. There are a lot of nice hotels in that area that are less expensive and don’t take $100 for 5-7 business days

They said they turned it down 3 different times and it was still at or over 100 degrees each time. I was fine until swimming in that hot tub of bacteria. No chlorine smell either. Then the air in one side of our room didn’t work. So hot pool, hot room, no good. Other than that the stay was good.
