We met some wonderful people and were able to talk with them for quite a while. What a beautiful place to stay. The beds are super comfortable. We will definitely be coming back.

In all my trips this one rarely popped up because it’s not in the immediate cluster, but just on the other side of the road. I picked Staybridge this time honestly because they offered continental breakfast and I was tired of spending the same amount with “made to order hotel food”. So there were several wins. First, the staff (front desk to cleaning) are just sweet people and a nice family feel. Second, breakfast (continental) AND dinner. The facility isn’t as modern as the newer ones but the facility was clean, rooms (suites) are well stocked for a week away and it has all the amenities I need. Onsite guest laundry is a plus and the gym is just fine. I will gladly come back

But this staybridge in elkhart indiana room 203 needs alot of work. Our bedroom door looked like it had been kicked in. Someone nailed it back together. It looked horrible and the door did not want to stay shut. The air conditioning needs to be checked out because our room stayed hot.Our shower curtain was all messed up and the floor in the bathroom was dirty.Our top blanket on our bed had been ripped and was dirty. So my husband went and got another one. The chair in the bed room looked soiled with something maybe dog pee. If u lift the cushion you can see all the stains. The night stands was dirty didnt look liked it had been cleaned because there was cup marks on it and it was very dusty. We didn't have but a couple of towels and rags and had to keep asking for more. This hotel needs more maintenance thats for sure. The gym needs a good cleaning because the treadmill had someones old dried up sweat on it.Also there need to be some changes made for the breakfast because it tasted horrible and didn't have alot to chose from. The chocolate milk and coffee was amazing. Also the staff and the front desk people were very kind and sweet. I just wished this hotel was more like the one in grand Rapids, Michigan. I really hate even making this review because I'm not a person that complains alot. Im just hoping they are able to make some changes and maybe do more maintenance to the rooms.
- BVBrandy VivianoOct 24, 20253.0Stayed a month for work. The cleaning people didn’t change the sheets. They just made the bed with dirty sheets. Even tho it was not cleaning day. Someone from the office still tried to walk in the room. There was a do not disturb sign on it. Main lobby had fleas on the chairs. The laundry room had only 1 working washer and the only dryer that did work well it took a couple times to dry your cloths. The rest was broke.

Our first room had no phone, no toilet paper, and dirty bathroom floors. The walls are paper thin, and the footsteps from the room above were unbearable. Even with a Do Not Disturb sign on our door, housekeeping knocked multiple times, and the front desk called at 9 AM asking, “When do you plan on leaving?” — hours before checkout. Completely unacceptable. We switched rooms because of the noise, and while the new room finally had a phone and half a roll of toilet paper, the bathroom was still rancid,The noise issue didn’t improve — I even have a recording from 4 AM of someone stomping nonstop above us. No consistency with the toiletries and TVs our first room had a 55inch tv great! Second room I needed a magna-fine glass to see the tv! Front desk folks polite so give them 4stars. Wouldn’t stay here again if they paid me. I’m not mad I’m just super disappointed. God help this place!
