I booked a reservation with this hotel from Thursday-Sunday (3 nights) over 5 months in advance. I needed to modify the reservation, within a day of placing the original reservation, to stay from Friday-Sunday (2 nights). They denied the reservation change because they have a "3 night minimum restriction" policy for that weekend as it stands. This is becoming a common theme across the Hilton brand. Even as a Diamond member their policies force unnecessary restrictions on a hotel in Elkhart, Indiana where tourism is minimal in comparison to other locations. Booking a room this far in advance should not be this much of a hassle.

Wonderful location in downtown Elkhart. Large rooms and great restaurant inside thw building- The Corner Bar. Just wish they did a better job cleaning rooms.

Oversold my room after booking weeks in advance. Did not communicate this at all. Moved my reservation to the Hilton Garden Inn 15 minutes away. I am a business traveler traveling with coworkers. The manager was unwilling to make any adjustments. Offered a free appetizer in response. Hilton Garden Inn was as bad as any Hilton I’ve ever stayed in. The first room at the Garden Inn was 59 degrees. The second room I was told was the only other room available had stains all over the carpet. Photo of the stained carpet for reference. Incredibly poor experience for a Hilton honors member who regularly travels for business.

I am here now at the hotel for a concert across the street at the Learner Theater. The front desk agent is a very very nice lady named Sue. Sue has given me exceptional customer service and hospitality. The hotel is beautiful, the location is great and Sue is AWESOME! Thank you Sue, you have made my stay here a pleasure.
