All employees are professional ,polite, caring. At the time from check in to check out we felt special. and also acknowledged as IHG one reward Members, Clean rooms, internet connectivity great. Pool well maintained. Breakfast had a lot of varieties for every one, I will certainly return to Holiday Inn Express & Suites, Elkhart-South.

Nice place, nice price, but the room I was in had no shower curtain & front desk guy didn't have a clue how to fix that when brought to his attention. Is a $100 deposit really necessary.? Been 4 days I got that back yet.
