- TSTeresa SaylorOct 13, 20251.0If you make a reservation at this hotel keep a very close eye on your checking and charge accounts ! Better yet just go somewhere else. Too much money was taken out of my checking account. I should have only had to pay $556 all together. And they took out the $556 on the first night I was there for both reservations that I had. And then they decided to take out another $308.06 and then they decided to take out another $150 none of the staff could really explain to me why these charges were being put on there. On the first night thThey said there was nothing they could do about it and that corporate "left it up to them to explain what was going on even though they didn't understand what was going on". And all they could say was that the charges would drop off. Well they better drop off or I'm going to be inside somebody's office. And it really screwed up my weekend having that extra $500 and something dollars taken out of my account because I was depending on that money to be there to enjoy my weekend with. But now I won't even get it back until tomorrow which is Tuesday. So no I will not be coming to Holiday Inn again.

The guest room 122 was spotless clean and well-equipped ,housekeeping kept it constantly fresh. Breakfast was well stocked and efficiently run even during weekend peak times. Overall, Holiday Inn Express ,Elkhart-South delivers strong value through cleanliness, great service and dependable amenities. I would confidently recommend this Holiday Inn Express and will return.
