We were driving there from a wedding when I saw an email that our room had been cancelled, but we had been charged. I called the front desk to let them know we were on our way, but Brian at the front desk said he couldn’t reinstate the room. He wouldn’t give us the last four digits of the credit card that it was charged to, but just said it wasn’t charged to the cards we were carrying. He wouldn’t rent us another room and was going to make us go to another hotel when we decided to make the 90 min ride home. It’s 2 am and we still aren’t home. Horrible customer service.
