Guests desiring in room preparation can stock up on refrigerated or frozen foods at the Pavilion Pantry.
An array of conference and banquet facilities is also available at the hotel. Our 24-hour business center offers complimentary high-speed internet access, copy and fax services and remote printing from your room. Staff was attentive and welcoming and cooperative, but the charges that went way above what was quoted when securing the room (about $50 more per night) and food charges that we did not approve, were a huge disappointment. Again, I don't fault the staff. The staff were great. The room was decent. The property and neighborhood were fine. But the organization are a mess, gouging us after the fact because it was a "football weekend," even though we had confirmed and been guaranteed a different price.
