    0 stars would be more appropriate. Originally booked the hotel Elkhart who over sold and moved my reservation here without notification. Upon arrival my first room was 59 degrees. The second room which I was told was the only other available room had stains all over the carpet. Was given a survey and shared this feedback and their response was to offer a free breakfast. Will not be utilizing Hilton any longer.

    Very convenient right off the toll road got a nice smell in there I'm pretty sure they have something putting some kind of that hotels smell in the air can't confirm that but just seems that way people are very nice staff is very friendly even when family was having a difficult time a pool was clean and I mean even though we were there for not great reasons it was still a decent place I would stay again

    Hotel provided great service and good amenities. Comfortable and quiet room. Good sleep, good bedding. Shower was luke-warm at best both days we were there. Staff was attentive and welcoming and cooperative, but the charges that went way above what was quoted when securing the room (about $50 more per night) and food charges that we did not approve, were a huge disappointment. Again, I don't fault the staff. The staff were great. The room was decent. The property and neighborhood were fine. But the organization are a mess, gouging us after the fact because it was a "football weekend," even though we had confirmed and been guaranteed a different price.
