Staff was attentive and welcoming and cooperative, but the charges that went way above what was quoted when securing the room (about $50 more per night) and food charges that we did not approve, were a huge disappointment. Again, I don't fault the staff. The staff were great. The room was decent. The property and neighborhood were fine. But the organization are a mess, gouging us after the fact because it was a "football weekend," even though we had confirmed and been guaranteed a different price.

Not only was there construction going on but also no free breakfast, and the pool was shut down due to a child having an accident in the pool. I brought my issues up with the front desk and they helped me put, bright side is after the construction the building will be even better. Looking forward to seeing the outcome next year.

The room is nice, room is clean, floors are unstable and slanted, hallway has weak spots and construction materials all over by elevator. Overall I'm unhappy with this stay and will NEVER use this hotel here again.
