  The lady at the desk was so kind ! She had amazing customer service! You never find that around here anymore! She deserves a raise! The gentleman as well was so kind & deserves a raise ! They are so nice and helpful! The rooms are very clean and spacious! We will Definitely continue to stay here from Now on!

  I checked in to a hotel that I have stayed at 100's of times. Looking forward to a relaxing stay enjoying the hot tub to take the edge off... not at all what aspired!! The hot tub, despite not being posted on their website as being down was not working.I have not been to this facility in a year, due to a life change... it was broke over a year ago with the website stating so. On January 9th (evening) I went to go into the hot tub taking off my earrings and placing them on the base of the lamp on the desk (because its black and my earrings were diamond and white gold and they would not be knocked off). I went downstairs with my sister in law to get into the hot tub to discover it was not open because it was under repair....not stated when I checked in on website or in hotel. Disgusted, because I was looking for some relief on my back.I headed back to my room to discover.I had been there two days and my door does not lock. While messing with the door the lady from the front desk came up and said she could see on the camera that it wasn't closing.... moved me from room 228 to room 224... we moved in a rush.I was a little distraught , realizing that my room was open for 2 days just for her to say it was supposed to have been fixed. My sister n' law and i moved things quickly, in doing so I left my earrings in the room. I did not realize this till Sunday the 11th on my drive home... i called the hotel immediately the lady went up.The check said the manager was not in nor the housekeeper that cleaned that room to 228. Call back in spoke with a manager.They said they were not found... im disgusted and stated well one of us is lying and its not me. This offended her. Of course I never got them back and will never stay again here.

  Booked this hotel over a long weekend for a boxing match. Rooms were clean & adequate. Had a refrigerator and microwave in the room. Breakfast was good. Pool was open (jacuzzi was unfortunately closed) which played a part in the reasoning booking this hotel over others… Easy check-in & out The down sides were noise (traffic & doors slamming starting at 5:30am each day). & Jacuzzi closed. Housekeeping tried to come at 8am on a Sunday (we learned to just put sign on door & problem solved)

  Nice hotel in Elkhart with complimentary breakfast. Staff was accommodating and rooms were clean.

  The staff was lovely and helpful. The room was clean and comfy. This is definitely the best hotel we have stayed in Elkhart.
