    First i want to say that I'm a diamond IHG member and i think IHG is great, but this was the worst experience I've ever had. First off the picture here looks like BM above the toilet paper holder that wasn’t cleaned so I took a picture of it and went down to the front desk. That’s when I was talked to like a child. I was called a boy and didn’t even get to say anything about what I came down for in the first place. The night shift lady was the rudest person I’ve ever met at any hotel I’ve stayed at. She wouldn’t give me her name and just turned around and went back behind the wall. I wouldn’t recommend this Candlewood when there is a lot of other choices around here with IHG. Go to the Staybridge or Holiday Inn. I’m not staying another night here being talked to like a child and disrespected

    It was nice and quiet. I always enjoy the candlewood brand. Cooking my own food is a plus. There was definitely something I forgot to mention, Everytime I moved or walked around in my room the person on the floor above me moved also. Everytime I took a shower, I could hear them walking around in the shower above me. They mite be recording you secretly or they mite can see where u move in the room somehow. So jus be careful and if you hear what I heard make sure you report it to the police and definitely don't pay them!

    They need to readjust their staffing. A year apart and the same unwelcom8ng staff member. She is the worst part of my day and shouldnt be even a consideration of my time in the area.

    This was by far, the dirtiest and most run down hotel we have stayed in, in decades, and that includes a few Motel 6’s along the way! The staff are awesome though…all of them. They work their butts off and are run ragged (the front desk clerk has to do ALL the laundry for the entire hotel, every day AND clean the lobby!) The rooms are filthy and in complete disrepair (light bulbs burned out, caulk missing around tub, microwave handle completely broken off, etc, etc). But the worst part is how grimy everything is. We had to wear socks at all times in the rooms and wow, were they dirty! There is even hair on the walls in the bathroom…it is that grimy. The photos on the web are from 5 years ago when it was remodeled and it has since not been maintained. The photos attached are what it looks like now. The shower was basically a bath and a shower at the same time due to the slow draining tub and non functioning tub/shower valve. Many items were missing in the kitchen and we had to get forks, knives, pan, etc - which were basically taken from other rooms, by the front desk clerk, as they didn’t have any spares. (They said they have complained to the owners multiple times but nothing gets done.) The microwave was a safety hazard with most of the front door handle missing. Good luck washing your laundry and not getting nauseated from how dirty the machines are. RV parks’ laundry rooms are 10x better than this one! We had to check out early because we couldn’t take it any more and we’re getting the eebie jeebies. Couldn’t even enjoy the TV…it was incredibly small. The linens were clean and soft at least. That and the staff were the ONLY good parts of this hotel. The free coffee was completely undrinkable, even with tons of cream and sugar…very bitter. Bottom line, this hotel should not even be considered an IHG hotel and we are taking this experience to the corporate level! NOTE: We learned that the owners have their wives come in and do super quick room turnovers when they are busy - barely cleaning anything. Explains a lot.
