    Location is amazing for shopping. The food and service is outstanding rooms are in great condition for it being an older hotel its a 2 star hotel in age of building only service and quality is 5stars all the way any issues were addressed and corrected immediately very respectful and courteous staff clean rooms and breakfast area over all a wonderful experience with my family will be our go to hotel when we visit family for sure. As I said building is dated but they do the best with what they have to work with and do not disappoint on service at all.

    The worst experience I ever had .Made a booking via booking.com . I have to cancel the booking in 10 minutes when I realized it wasn't in UK . Since then I have been keep on contacting them for cancellations and refund . The property hasn't even contacted me back since then . I don't expect my 139 pounds back ,let them have it all but should have some basic manners to communicate to the customer.
