We are two miles from historic downtown Crown Point, where you can walk around the square and enjoy the beautiful Lake County Historic Courthouse, local shops, and eateries. Southlake Mall and the Lake County Fairgrounds are 10 minutes away.

    The room is very nice, well lit and I love the dark, black out curtains. Check in was easy and friendly. The breakfast was very good with eggs, potatoes, sausage, make your own waffles, toast, bagels, oatmeal, muffins, etc. The parking lot feels safe. I would recommend/stay here again forsure! One of my only complaints is the water pressure wasn't very good in my room, but it didn't negatively affect my stay in any way.

    They don't lock the door, don't answer phones, aren't at the desk, and the system is down so they can't get you a room

    Bathrooms have small very low toilets that appear to be the same cheap kind put into house trailers or RVs. Can’t be more than 12-14 inches tall. The elevator was broken and either we had to take stairs to the third floor or get a room next to the laundry room and the noise level was a problem with that activity. I normally like the hot breakfast in Hampton hotels but this hotel doesn’t have plain eggs they only have western omelettes that appear to be like institutionalized food and were cold or barely warm. We chose Hampton because they have been quality places to stay being we pay more for their rooms purposely to have clean rooms and amenities. No more though.

    Came in from Vegas for a class reunion. Hotel was very nice, clean, room was great, pool deck and patio provided room for us to hang out and pre-party. Would stay here again. Staff was friendly.
